The process starts with you filling-out the client questionnaire. This document helps inform us of what you need, and we will have a subsequent phone consultation to collaborate on the vision together. Then we would go into pre-production, which entails planning out the shots, scheduling cast and crew, script writing if needed, locking down the script, securing locations, etc.  Next would be filming on the production day/s, followed by post production, editing, color correction, adding text, adding music, adding animation, etc. After this process is complete the deliverables will be ready! Two additional edits will be provided with each package, and if additional edits are needed that can be discussed.

Prices vary and will be discussed after the initial questionnaire is submitted, based on your needs and type of video/content required. 

Delivery time is 30 days from the day the product is received or the beginning of pre- production. If the video requires more pre-production, production, and post-production time, then this will be discussed. 

Yes, we are willing to work with any timeline you may have with an additional charge, but we recommend the normal production time for quality videos. Rushing a delivery means we would have less time for pre-production, filming, and post-production. 

No problem, we have an amazing pool of professionally trained actors whom we work with regularly, and we also offer additional casting services. Additional actors would have an additional charge, and if casting is needed it would have its own charge. 

Yes, we can shoot in various types of locations and there is a fee for that.

We do produce Crowdfunding videos and have helped Crowdfunding campaigns surpass their goals. 

Based on the number of videos needed, we can give discounted rates to clients who order multiple videos, and repeat clients.

Each video gets a total of three minor edits, meaning one initial draft, and two revisions that are included in each package. If more revisions are requested, then there will be an additional hourly rate billed for the editing. 

Most clients’ videos typically range from 30 seconds to 90 seconds, but there are also videos that are 3 or 5 mins long and everything in between. We base the video length off of what you want to accomplish for your branding and advertising needs. 

You do! You will have all the rights to use the videos as stated in the CSA. 

Of course, if you require your product returned, please send us a return label along with your initial product.
